What we process
- No tracking. The information pages use no analytics, no advertising or social-media pixels, no third-party video or map embeds, and set no cookies.
- Server logs. Our host (EasyWP by Namecheap) records IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer and browser type to deliver the site and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Contact form. Name, email, organisation, country, industry, selected challenge and your message are sent via the FormSubmit service (formsubmit.co), which forwards them to us by email and sends you an automatic confirmation. This may involve a transfer outside the EU (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Email and phone. If you contact us directly, we use your details only to handle your request.
- Fonts are hosted on our own server; no connection to Google is made.
- DocPilot. Our DocPilot product runs separately at docpilot.artificians.com and processes different data. Its own privacy policy applies: https://docpilot.artificians.com/datenschutz. This page covers artificians.com only.
- Impressum page. The WordPress page /impressum/ currently loads additional services (cookie-consent tool, fonts). Details are listed in the German version.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@artificians.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit), Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin.
